   Tess is an experienced marketer who has provided consulting services to many clients for nearly a decade. She possesses a keen understanding of market demands and a talent for creating solutions that meet the needs of both her clients and their target audiences. She has enjoyed rewarding positions in large medical device companies, fresh-from-the-oven firms in the dawn of the internet, and she has contributed to successful IPO ventures. Tess' grasp of the marketing mix enables her to grow accounts, implement tactics that retain multi-million dollar customers during competitive bidding processes, acquire new accounts and develop relevant, value-added programs. Her endless passion to "make a difference" is what sets her apart from the every-day consultant. 

A Communications & Media major at the University of Minnesota, Tess believes that making the effort to create targeted, strategic messaging, whether it be to the physician, the technician, general contractor or the consumer, will not be a job unrewarded; marketing is all about building the relationship. Her experience with start-up organizations has benefited her in countless ways as she understands the commitment, energy and tenacity necessary to realize the end goal while staying within budgets and deadlines. For a new firm or an experienced company, Tess goes the distance for every client and exhausts every avenue until the job is DONE.
